We are always endeavored, to improve our software and offer a professional support.

The first license includes a maintenance contract over the first 12 months which gives you the right for free updates and the right to use our support service.

Bug Tracking-System:

Please use our online- Bug-Tracking-System. It is open to each user since June 2006. Announce bugs and feature requests (so-called tickets) and we will try there to care us as soon as possible for it. If you signup in the Bug-Tracking-System you will get a personal free account and you will always be informed automatically about status changes in your tickets. This is extremely meaningful for further inquiries. In addition you immediately will be informed by email, if your desire were converted or the bugs reported by you were repaired.

The Bug-TrackingSystem is bilingual, i.e. both German and English. Do not let disturb yourself by the german terms.

It is divided into the categories author system (announce everything to the Extension here), the Webclient (announce everything to maps inside the browser here), the documentation (announce errors and desires concerning the documentation here) and other.
