Select the link “Enter problem” in the alta4 bug tracking system menu. Now you can enter the error you have encountered. Please specify also which versions of HTML ImageMapper and ArcGIS you use and your operating system as well. We welcome you to add files which are helpful for describing the error.
Save your error description via "Send report”.
Selecting “Display problems” you get a list of all open and eliminated errors. Here you can check the status of your error entry. But you will also be notified by e-mail, if there is any news concerning an error you reported.
